Use AirPrint®*, Mopria®* and Google Cloud Print™ to connect from your smartphone or tablet and avoid drivers, utilities and software. Or, use the embedded Near Field Communication (NFC) tag and the RICOH Smart Device Connector app to begin printing instantly with a few taps on your Android® mobile device.

Minimize reloads with an optional paper feed unit, boosting capacity to 751 sheets. Reduce maintenance and maximize average print costs per page with all-in-one toner cartridges. Set up automatic toner delivery via RICOH @Remote and device management with RICOH Streamline NX v3. In addition, the P C301W is ENERGY STAR® certified and is EPEAT® Silver* rated to help lower environmental impact.

Put security front and center

Hold everybody accountable for their own ideas. Employ user-code restrictions to limit color print functions to reduce toner supplies and costs. Use Locked Print to help ensure documents aren't left unattended in the paper tray that others can see. It requires users to enter a four-to-eight digit passcode before a print job is released for added security.
