Designed for personal use or small office settings, this compact 26 pages per minute (ppm) MFP delivers the speed, reliability and functionality you need to optimize your workspace. For fast set-up, choose from multiple connectivity options, including Ethernet and WiFi.

Stand out with impressive high-quality printing

Print vibrant color documents and other graphics — as well as crisp black text — at up to 2400 x 600 dpi resolution. Leverage the standard and bypass paper trays for a variety of media up to legal-size to make your ideas really stand out — on paper up to 43 lb. Bond/90 lb. Index. Add an optional paper tray to expand paper capacity to 751 sheets and extend time between reloads.

Streamline processes with one-touch efficiency. With the M C250FWB's 4.3" color touchscreen, you can easily navigate printing, scanning, copying and faxing as well as program up to 12 favorite settings for instant access to common tasks. Use the ID Copy feature and copy double-sided ID cards, checks and other small-sized documents in a single step to save time.

Share and collaborate with ease

Jumpstart productivity and collaboration by scanning documents directly to email and network folders — for quick access and retrieval. Use the single pass document feeder (SPDF) for uninterrupted scanning of up to 50 page sets, scan at up to 40 images per minute (ipm)*, and send faxes as quickly as three seconds per page.
*Maximum speed for scanning black-and-white documents. Maximum scan speed for color documents is 24 ipm.

Print from your mobile device

The M C250FWB fits perfectly with today's connected workplace. Share and print information from a smartphone, tablet or laptop via AirPrint®*, Mopria®* or Google Cloud Print™. Or, with the Near Field Communication (NFC) feature, you can wirelessly connect via the RICOH Smart Device Connector app — simply tap the NFC tag with your Android® phone and select a file to print or scan.

Safeguard your business information

Help secure your confidential business information with Locked Print. It require users to authenticate jobs at the MFP by entering a user code or passcode. In addition to protecting information, Locked Print helps reduce paper consumption and unattended prints.
