Access a library of self-help videos directly from the Smart Operation Panel (SOP).

Work with fewer delays by expanding paper capacity to 8,100 sheets. Deliver colorful output at blazing speeds, up to 80 pages per minute (ppm). Use the 240-sheet Single Pass Document Feeder (SPDF) to digitize documents for electronic delivery. Opt for the Small Paper Feeding Unit for smaller documents, including postcards and checks. Optional paperless faxing sends files directly via email to reduce costs and an optional Double Detection Feed Unit ensures every page is scanned.

Choose from a wide range of automated finishing capabilities, including hole-punching, booklet-making, cover insertion, z-folding and more.
Work where you want
Be productive anywhere with the RICOH Smart Device Connector app. Download it to your personal mobile device and print wirelessly without utilities or drivers. Simply access stored files on the device or your favorite cloud service and print them from the IM C8000. Scan originals directly into your smartphone or tablet and take them with you. For large group presentations, send files to other Ricoh devices, such as projectors and interactive flat panel displays (IFPDs).
Grab and go, quickly
Choose the IM C8000 when you're looking for speed. A built-in motion sensor activates the SOP upon your approach, so you can select tasks instantly. Store up to 3,000 frequently used documents on the Document Server. Place metadata on files with optional optical character recognition (OCR), and find them instantly via keyword searches. An embedded web browser provides quick, easy access to websites and cloud-based services.
Secure more confidence
Add more accountability with User Authentication. Only authorized users can access key functions via passwords or user codes. With Locked Print, the MFP holds documents in queue until released by its author. Opt for RICOH Streamline NX to issue chargebacks. Ward off OS-specific threats with the Ricoh-only operating system. Other tools help encrypt data and overwrite latent images on the hard drive.

The IM C8000 is ENERGY STAR® certified and EPEAT® Gold Rated with a Typical Electricity Consumption (TEC) at 1.681 kWh/week. Program automatic shut-off times when the office is empty. - The 2,000-sheet Booklet Finisher allows thick documents to be professionally finished as paginated, duplexed, saddle-stitched folded booklets.
- Up to 20 sheets can be saddle-stitched.

- A multi-feed detection sensor that automatically stops a scanning job if more than one page is fed through the SPDF.
